Après une rentrée studieuse à éplucher des CV, à passer des entretiens, nous avons enfin réunies les 3 perles qui viennent compléter notre équipe administrative. Stéphanie, assistante comptable qui a déjà eu milles vie dans sa vie, Maÿliss chargée de production, installée dans le Gard il y a 5 ans et qui a toujours travaillé dans le spectacle vivant et Lilly, administratrice générale qui gérait le festival Jazz à Porquerolles. Ces postes vont de concert avec une réorganisation de l’équipe pour soutenir le développement de la cie, notamment avec l’affectation à temps plein de Lila pour le développement de notre projet de territoire Chez les Culotté.e.s.

After a busy start reviewing CVs and conducting interviews, we have finally brought together the three gems completing our administrative team. Stéphanie, our accounting assistant, who has already lived a thousand lives; Maÿliss, our production manager, who settled in the Gard five years ago and has always worked in live performance; and Lilly, our general administrator, who previously managed the Jazz à Porquerolles festival.

These new roles go hand in hand with a reorganization of the team to support the company’s growth, notably with Lila now working full-time on the development of our territory project Chez les Culotté.e.s.
